Must be something in Nvidia controll center or ATI catalyst configuration. Try to lower everything there and hit the "override application settings" thing. Could work, but dont know.

change mipbias to "9.999999" BUT in my opinion it does jack shit for ram usage (well on my guest VM's at least)

i haven't extensively tested it though, and i'm using vm's so it might come out differently. Didn't clearly notice any real improvement really but then again i only tried with one vm lol
