How to program bot to pick-up only rares?

Hi guy's I tried to search it in the forums but how do I program DB to just pick up all rares and legendary's. Also My bot stops playing after my inventory slots get full? ANy help would be grateful thank you guys.

ether that or you would have to manually edit your loot rules, as ezpwnd said, GilesTrinity would be a much simpler route.
