[How to] Profile Loot Help?

I have been looking through the wiki thinking about making a couple of small profiles for myself, but I was just wondering is there a way to get HB to just loot specific things from corpses? I.e. a lvl 90 farming for low cloth might just want to loot the coin and the cloth but leave the rest behind, can I make a profile do that?

You cant as far as I know specify it in your grind bot profile, but Im sure there are plugins that can do the trick.
