How to prevent bot from going whence it came?

hello

returned to botting.
installed fresh demonbuddy.
all in default settings. except for a few (loot settings) that would not alter navigation.
noticed bot keeps going back to door it came from after going far into the dungeon (rift).
unexplored area right in bot's face but instead it goes back to where it came from and wastes a few minutes going around in circles.
eventually explores the rest but not after wasting a lot of time.
is this normal?
