How to pickup only high level rare weapons

Dear community,

How can I set my rare looting filter to pick up only rares that meet the following attributes: 1. rare 2. high-level base 3. weapons

ie. I would want it to loot a rare Midnight Blade, or a rare Terror Maul, but not some low rare chestplate
