kicks svn has a very nice profile for getting that {Edit} just read link now lol But yes kicks profiles are really good work. always used his stuff never any issues.

Is there a way to farm it without the elites? No...

As Marthsk said, buy medallions if you have the gold.

There's usually groups in the group finder that are farming the rep. Join one of those for a few hours and you'll be exalted in no time.
