how to modify a grinding profile to not pull any mobs at all just run around circle?

I wanna modify a grinding profile to make the toon not pull any mobs at all just run around the hotspot. I've tried to add
<TargetMinLevel>1</TargetMinLevel>
<TargetMaxLevel>10</TargetMaxLevel>
<MaxDistance>5</MaxDistance>

and still it is pulling lv 98 mobs. now to fix that?

you are probably agroing them by being near them (aka facepulling)
