How to minimize d3 cpu usage?

Hey thank you for the respond, should i change something in game video settings or leave it

Go to my documents and find the D3 Folder, Copy paste my prefs and then under properties click read only. Start D3 and it should change automatically. Let me know how it works for you and if you figure it out.
You can change a couple of other settings even lower if you want.
