I set my leader to "Grind Bot" and the two followers to "RAF Follower" and they run good.. for a while, theen theyll get left behind. How do I get my Leader to wait?
i've never really gotten it to work that great in hb2 (hb1 rocked for it). i find that each of them on the same grind profile, in group, and FFA works OK, as long as they all ding around same time period

Agreed with Kickazz, definitely the best way to do it.
I was actually setting up a plugin to make this work even better, AKA toons that are higher level than the rest of the RAF'd party would stay on the same profile as the lower level toons until they dinged, so they would keep getting triple EXP... unfortunately missing some functionality as documented here:
