How to make druid not exit flight form

I am using Tauren Druid to farm herbs. Problem is that it exits flight form to gather some nodes and it goes into combat wasting a lot of time. It can gather the node in about 1.5 sec and fly away instead. If mobs are interrupting the gathering, druid should leave the node in lets say 10 sec. How to make that work?
I don't want him ever to leave flight form when farming herbs.

Please, help!
