How to make barbarian ww all the time ?

Hi guys, I lack a lot of English but thank you for trying to understand.

I wish make barbarian ww all the time...

Currently this is not possible with some easy tweeking, i have tried changing variables, cast range on ww etc, hopefully rrrix has this on his planing board or someone with some more advanced knowledge can tweek this for us But as for now, there is no solutions on this forum! Sorry
