How to make a standard key press or Auto de Auto milling profile

Looking to make a profile or have someone make a basic de/milling profile.
Having a pofile that will just press say "4" key and a timer for spamming it would also be great

Gatherbuddy1 (standalone).
After login, it presses button 0 on actionbar 2(maybe actionbar 3).
You would throw a macro on there for it...

It has a 'sensor' to know when it can't do that macro anymore.
I use it for milling sometimes.

I just use Allrounder for milling. Worked amazing for me. You should give it a try (It might not work with the new patch though, haven't checked)
