How to level second class / job ?

Hello all, I have a problem / question with the profiles available.

I can do the main quest on my first class as normal. However, when I roll a new class, I have problem leveling them due to missing main story quests. What profiles are you using? Should I level them with Fates?

For example, my main was a marauder and started at Lima Lominsa. Then, at 30, I picked gladiator which would begin at Ul'dah. However, since he is not a new character, I cannot pick up Coming To Ul'dah. Since i cannot pick this, I miss the entire questline that comes after that and is a big part of the leveling process of the bot.

Fates, lots fates.

By hand, i suggest Palace of the Dead.

As ffvicio said, you need to do FATE grinding for all of your secondary classes. Use the quests for your primary (first) class, IMO; or, you can swap to another class, get it to your highest one, then use that as your primary from that point forward.

Damn, I was afraid of that. Oh well, our FATE grinder is great, so I guess it is doable. I may have to rethink my main class though
