How to increase pull range?

My mage keeps face-pulling mobs and not detecting it is in her path and nuking from range. I have set the "Pull Range" slider to 35 yards but she keeps face-pulling.

Any ideas? (Sorry for the basic question; it's very frustrating) :)

It happened at the end of the log; the "new combat target" is a mob that is about 5 yards away that aggros me. In this example, I am trying to loot an object on the ground, but it happens also when I'm running anywhere. Basically, when I am manually playing my mage, I will pull anything that comes within about 35 yards of me, which is what I want the bot to do (to increase survivability), but half the time it doesn't even detect a mob until it face pulls, or it starts pulling at around 15 yards.

Thank you!

Edit: Is the distance to actually detect and engage a hostile mob part of the CC, or does it follow that "Pull Distance" slider in the main options?

follow this path
c:\Users\Ben\AppData\Local\Bossland GmbH
and delete "Bossland GmbH" folder

also use Amplify CC for your mage

*your log shows that your pull range is at 20 yards

I deleted that folder you mentioned, and tried to switch to Amplify for mage CC, but it *never* uses Arcane Barrage and just chains frostbolt (I'm arcane spec) so it dies a lot...

Is the actual range that it detects hostile mobs different from the "pull distance" setting? Is this setting coded in the CC somewhere?

edit: It looks like that pref file was messed up and not saving my Pull Distance choice, which is doing correctly now, even with Fpsware Mage. Thank you!
