Hello right now im running 2 bots on a i5 2500k sandybridge at 3.3ghz and 8gb of ram. I am getting 70% load on all cores with temps around 38c. If I was wanting to run 3-4 bots would over clocking the cpu help at all or would I have to upgrade to 16gb of ram?

Ram will not decrease your cpu usage. It can help performance though....

However, your bottleneck is your cpu usage. You need to focus on getting that down. Several threads on how. (graphics to a degree, and ticks per second, etc)

I have same CPU and run 5 copies but I'm overclocked to 4.5. Have 8gb of ram and 2 550ti vid cards.

so I overclocked to 4.2 getting cpu temps of 45-51 with 3 bots going im fine with that but sitting around 88% cpu usage jumping to 96% at times with just 3 bots yar and skype up any other way i can lower the cpu usage?

buy a better cpu.

Need more information on your settings.

I have a i5-3570k and i was able to run 8 bots (can't do anything else intensive, just browse/chat)

1. Tweak D3Prefs (check the guides section)
2. Limit background FPS (I personally use 30 because I don't believe 15/20 is enough)
4. Overclock CPU
5. Overclock GPU

If you know where to get the Plugin Disabler / willing to spend money, then you can do that. I'm using the .dll thing with inject which is probably dangerous, but I don't think Blizzard is banning anymore rofl.

Holy crap with the I5 you should be doing much better.
I've ran 5-6 bots on a q6600 with 8gb ram just fine. Ur i5 should do 7-10.

Something else is going on, make sure you have all the latest updates (plugins etc)

Oh Man, How can you do that? I have I7 with 24GB ram but I can barely run only 4 bots.
My CPU usage runs around 97 -98%.

Please someone help me.... I will do anything almost :-P

saying you have an i7 doesnt mean anything. if you had 2 cars of the same model, one is the current years model and one is 5 years old. even though theyre the same model, which would you expect to perform better?

So is this plugin available to the public or purchased separately? I've seen at least 3 people selling it on different boards and the pics they provide show huge resource reduction >< Wondering why it is not implemented in DB :/

because it is easily detectable. the plugin offered isn't the one nesox made.

ROFL, what is wrong with you, people :P No offense, but this is funny. I doubt that us telling you something will help, tho. It sounds like you have some major problems with your general understanding how computer systems work.. The information you provide (i7 24GB ram) is far from enough for anything to be made of it.. so instead of whine on the forum, sit down and read. Disassemble your PC and assemble it from scratch, overclock it and format your hdd. Put a fresh, LITE version of windows and install DB and it's dependables again. Then try it and post your results.

If it was highly detectable it wouldn't be pushed into a beta release. And yes the ones who were lucky enough to get the plugin before it was taken down, now update it for every patch and sell it privately from what I hear.

it was on that beta release months ago for like... 2 hours and was taken down ever since.

yes, people sell it privately - so what?

please pm if there is a private version. if the price is ok.
haven't found a seller for this settings/plugins/whatever ;)

Why in hell would you need that plugin? I am pretty sure that it'd only reduce GPU load, which is the least important resource.. CPU usage and video memory will stay the same..

Well, the info I found on it is that it reduces cpu usage by a big amount ; it seems part of the rendering goes to the gpu and another part is always done through the cpu. I always wondered as you, why would it help reduce cpu when it should only help gpu, but info is it really does.

Anyway, it seemed to require that dll injector that was identified by blizzard and (according to them) lots of bans were issued to their users. Guess you could use another dll injector, but I honestly think there is a reason why Nesox took it away from Db beta. It could be they want to use it by themselves and a mass distribution would mean an easier identification, but I don't think so.
