How to get my arch bot to fly through fatigued water sections? and not stop

My archeology bot was working fine, but now in eastern kingdoms it gets stuck when trying to pass small areas of fatigue water "dark ocean parts" and does circles, i am new to this plz help. i would like him to just fly though since i have 310% flying. thank you!
