How to get COMBAT ROUTINE while store is down?

HI guys, I am new to the forum

Can anyone tell me how to get a combat routine while the store is down? for example, TuanHA Durid?
Unfortunately, I deleted my old version when the last update happened.

Prob there is a post like this or a guide somewhere, but i could not find it. if you could point me to it would be great..
