How to Get All Craft item recipe ID?

After navigating to one of the following recipe pages:

You can hover over an item in the results and in your status bar (at the bottom of your browser) you can see the recipe ID.

Also, XIVDB has an API that could probably be useful, but I believe it's still a work-in-progress:

OMG -- thank you for letting me know API is in development. Love that site, had no idea. Looking into it now.
