How to get a refund?

As the subject says, i would like to know how to get a refund. As i understand it there is a 30 days refund policy.

From what i have read from other threads, i should have to pm Bossland. However he has not responded to any of the pm's i have sent him the last 2 weeks.

Now i am getting close to day 30 and don't know what to do. 2 days ago i wrote both Bossland and Tony asking for a refund. But no reply from any of them.

So how to i get a refund?

Well as i said, i did PM Bossland and 2 days ago Tony together with Bossland.

The reason i want a refund is actually 2 things. 1. I want a new account name, i found out this is actually religious. So i wanted it changed or my license transferred to another account. 2. I want to get GB life instead of just 1 HB license, i am aware i could ask Bossland for a upgrade price, but since he doesn't reply to my pm's, I figured it would just be better to get a refund and them buy GB life on another account and all would be solved...

I know Bossland is the boss, that's also why i wrote him first. But i have not gotten any reply at all.

I have also not gotten a refund even though Hawker said he would tell Bossland.

I have been looking over my account to see, if i somehow had blocked pm's but i cant find any such setting.

I also just tried to log on with the new account i made to switch to.. but when i logged on i got this:
