How to gear characters for botting?

When I am gearing a character what it important? and how much dps is needed? I know you need gold find and pickup radius but im not sure how much is needed.
also what is the best mp level to farm on? hell mp 10? inferno mp 3?

Inferno mp10 and get 200k dps+ and not all classes can handle mp10 so go for a barbarian
