How to fight/heal with GB

When I did farming with HB the bot would pick up herbs and fight any mobs that interupted him and then heal when he was done.

But with GB he wont heal himself after a fight so he sits there untill he is above 50% hp.

Is there a way to make it so that he can healhimself b4 he continues?
