How to execute code in a string

I'm trying to execute a piece of code that is ready from an XML file. I know HB does this, but with all my searching I'm still at a loss. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

highvoltz made a plugin "HBConsole" that can do that, the problem is your going to have to take it apart to make it do what you want.

I've recently found something that might be what I'm looking for. Executing Dynamic Code in .Net

But with Highvoltz plugin and that link I should be able to do exactly what I want.

make a QB out of it, since its needed, if your up to it. it would be nice to just execute code right from the profile.

theres a folder with the name "Quest Behaviors" in your HB folder, that might be a good place to start.
