How to earn some spare money without high risk of ban?

Don't.. Blizz will most likely just auto-lock the accounts due to the changes in the IP..

farm dungeons or something, that's ussualy somewhat lower risk than GB2 (not saying you can't get banned.. but still)

If you're just looking for some "spare" money ie one or two hour botting session every day I wouldn't worry about what has a high ban rate and what doesn't. People get banned from player reports, so if you're attending the bot, watching a movie while it's going for example, chances are nothing will happen.

With GB2 in general it is all about settings, if you set it up right you can sleep on it and never hear from anyone. People will never follow your toon, and other botters possibly on the same profiles aren't about to bug you. Use the LogMeOut plugin and get Mr.Blacklister and you can leave it until your bags are overflowing.
