How to disable logging?

24/7 run time + lots of clients - logging is putting more stress on my CPU and HD for something I currently have no use for. How can I disable it?

Settings\Globalsettings.json reduce log level to 0 or 1 will reduce the output to window but there is no way to disable logging completely.

But in reality the "stress" put on anything by the logging is less then could be measured.
