How to create my own profile?

So my question is simple. I wanna create my own Gatherbody profile whit my own rout. By my question is whit what i record the coordinates?

Personally i use the WOW addon routes, then a map addon that i do not remember the name off right now, need to find and install them soonish, i then routes interract with that other addon and collects the best routes to gather most materials in least flight time, then i follow that route and use "developer tools" to get hotspots, but i do pus some time there to get it perfect, i stop after 4-5 hotspots and run them for 5-10 minutes.

Then just add them all together in the right order and so on, there is some plugins that copies information from "Routes" to a profile, but those often get buggy and stuttering flights.
