How to create a profile of your own routes

Hey guys I tried to make a profile in hellfire pen i went around the whole map and then stoped the recording saved it and then loaded it and clicked start BOT and it just stood there. Im not sure if this is because i have to click around the map or use WASD keys Help would be appreciated Thanks.
