Cpu max 25-40%

No need for software.
Just set renderscale to 10%, max fps to ~15, optimize windows for performance and turn off Antimalware Service.
Should be able to run each wow at 0,5-2%.

I'm on i7 3770k 4,3GHz OC :P
 
Excellent find - extremely easy way for novice botters to help reduce load on PC with a click of a button.

Tried it out myself and works well.

How can you drop renderscale under 50%? It seems it let's your drop only 50%.

Yes, I agree with you, but it is not so that many do not know how to make the at all prozzesse ect, I also recently booted with i3 4-6 boots 3.3 ghz thanks to the booth I now have i7 6700k skylake Ssd + 16 gb complete pc purchased with waku: D now it is finally where I can really go
