how to connect two farming profiles?

hey guys , I made a couple farming profiles now im wondering how I can make the bot change from one zone to the other? what are the functions for this? Thanks. No idea where to look. :S

If the profiles are in the new cata zones, search for the multiprofile by highvoltz.

Its already shipped with your HB release inside Professionbuddy.

alright thanks, im looking at it right now. but theres a lot more in there than what I actually need. I only need to be able to change zones and this is all jumbled and has AH profiles too :S I dont know which code or functions I need specificly.
