How to clear Blacklist ?

So, the question is in the topic. Story so far:

I started bot and went to grab some coffee, now Im back and notice that "OOPSIE", I forgot to buy my character mining pick. So, now I have many spots blacklisted becose I had no mining pick. Yeah, I know lol, serves me right for being foolis, but I actually AHed the Mining Pick.

It won't work for me. After Restart location still blacklisted.
