How to circumvent tooltip bug?

From time to time my toon doesn't move, attack or do anything due to the fact, that it shows a tooltip:
Is there any known possibility to circumvent this bug?
dont bind abilities on mouse buttons in the CR

Thanks - changed that until now no further tooltip-bugs

It's better to have "non-offensive" abilities on mouse, like this even with high ranges it doesnt go nuts.
