How to check if im permabanned?

Im not certain about how i see if im permabanned or what is going on! I have 3 acc's i cant log in to via PF, and if im to lazy to try on phone, is there somewhere else you can check it?

If it's a permaban you'll not be able to login to your account at all. If it's a shadowban, your account is just flagged and you might not be able to see the more rare pokemons.
