How to cast a spell in a questing, grinding, or gb2 profile?

Heyo, I'm trying to make a profile as a moveto to get a druid from mop to org by casting teleport:moonglade then flyto: some org coords.

Does anyone know the format for casting a spell in xml?

Or does anyone know of a simpler way of doing this?
