<SubProfile> doesn't do what you think it does. You can find the documentation here:

SubProfile use is strongly discouraged. It was a mis-step in defining the questing/grinding bot grammar.

What you appear to want is a 'subroutine' call. Alas, Honorbuddy does not support this. Long chats with Apoc and others indicate it would take a complete overhaul of the XML processing engine to accommodate this. There was once a significant discussion thread about it also. However, it looks like this thread doesn't exist any longer since it was initially created in the wrong forum and has expired.
