How to black list a mob?

Hello, is it possible to black list a mob? Because currently I'm leveling up a monk and it's trying to get an monkey in a tree and it's just keep going back.

you can blacklist the whole faction or you can blackspot the specific area

I seen what I was doing wrong when Black Listing them before well trying, like "<Blackspot X="-4075.259" Y="3359.212" Z="285.3843" Radius="15" Height="15" />" I wasn't putting the radius that far only from what honorbuddy said in the window.
