How to avoid Flame/Frost/Storm Bearers (explosions)

Anyone knows how to avoid getting killed by Flame/Frost/Storm Bearers?
I've searched the forum and it seems to have been a plugin to move out of the explosion area. Is any current plugin avoiding this dangers?
