How to add PlugIns???

Maybe i am to dumb, but i dont get how to add a new PlugIn in 3.0 EB -.-

In which Path should it be copied? Default or Legacy?

Also if i edit the json, i get a crash on EB and it closes automatically.

Searched the Forum, but didnt find a proper Guide ....
