How safe is it to start over, right after being banned?

people sometimes do not think what he says. where we have banned you change the hardware id .. ok .. then we spend and how much?

Diablo account - 50euros
Motherboard - 100euros
CPU - 200euros..

350?.. each ban.. omg...we have to try another way without having to change the hardware id .. this is so stupid.

Or just use a VMWare and you'll get a fresh Hardware ID? Idiot.
