If you monitor the way you are, by talking to the other person, you will be 99.9% safe, because there is no evidence that you were botting, aside from illegal methods like scanning your computer. Baiscally, no one will suspect a damn thing.
As for 5mans, there will be a time when your toon comes out of the dungeon to sell/mail.
Sometimes I have seen my toon get stuck at mailbox and keeps running into the mailbox. Have to be very careful with that because most of the time he will hearthstone and perform this action and players will be nearby. Then the bot proceeds to do the obvious honorbuddy anti stuck jump/move back/move left thing.
Someone in the forums WAS banned for his 5man team using dungeonbuddy. I can't say why exactly that was because he did not give much details about it.
I *HAVE* seen that when they suspect you, the GM will constantly start disconnecting your toons. It happened to me before when I was banned. I didn't know the GM (or their anti cheating bot or whatever) is doing it to me, so I kept relogging and continuing, until the game was crashed and I couldn't log back in because of the dreaded ban.
They did it again recently a few days ago, but this time it wouldn't work on me, because I knew what they were *really* doing so I started to play normally.
So yeah, you can get caught for sure, as has happened to me and others. BUT ONLY after they do some tests on you, like disconnecting you, causing some glitches to see if you are really playing behind your toon, or player reports getting stuck at mailbox etc.
I think the #1 rule like experienced botters on these forums always mention is: IF you bot, you will get banned. Eventually. They are talking from experience.
As for your specific case, if you keep doing what you are doing, *I* think you will be 99.9% safe
