How often do you guys bot on an account you CARE about?

Before you all say "you shouldn't bot on an account you care about", I don't want to hear it. I know the risks, but I'm curious what everyone is running at on accounts they don't want to lose. When PF first came out I was running car speed for 8-10 hours a day and obviously those didn't last long. Now, on an account I don't want to lose I'm going no faster than jog speeds at all times, with breaks between catches etc. and I only run it for 1-4 hours.

So my question is, since the bot has been out for a while (Yes I know it was down for a few months) but leading up to that, was anyone running all day at car speed for a long while without getting hit?

I do it for a couple of hours, one day a week. the rest of the time i play normally on that account. I also bot in an area close to where i am at the time.

I bot as often as i can with all of my accounts. This bot has proven to be the safest and most reliable. Bot in the same place all of the time and show a pattern of consistency. I have 2 accounts level 34 and level 35 no issues so far

PF has been ironing some issues, but this Bot has proven to be safest in the market. Beware that If you Bot no account is safe and if you care so much for an account. Don't Bot. It's not worth the risk. Open another account and bot with that one. You will pass your account that care about relatively quickly.

Tips for "less risky" botting.
Bot in places you normally go catch Pokémon with lots of spawns.
Respect limits. Don't catch too many monsters too quickly or visit too many pokestops.
Don't Teleport with same account.
Use your phones Internet if botting away from home
Use proxies if botting in a different country
Monitor your pokefarmer application regularly, at least every 5 min.
Don't bot at times you normally sleep.

As I said, botting is always a risk, no matter how good a programmer is.
