MMOBay.com or MaskerCrusaders.com are great if you can weed out the scammers. I've sold several accounts there from $150 to $700 USD. PlayerAuctions.com is also great. They take a percentage of your sale (it's really minimal) and the entire process is automated and there are numerous security measures taken, so there's no chance of you getting scammed.
