How much damage has your follower?

Do you guys give insane weapons, rings, amulets to your followers? How many damage do your follower has? My templar sometimes looks like useless.

I've loaded up my Templar with as much MF, vitality and all resistance as I can. I don't really care about any help with damage from him.

I give my enchantress a grand vizier, xewhatever amulet, mf/gf rings, and everything with as high of int as I can get with a 1 million budget per piece. Most of them have 9k damage with 120+ mf and gf.

used enchantress till para 95 with grand viz + mf/gf combo items. Switched to scoundrel for slight dps increase for me and got him to 17k dps with a few pieces sitting in bank
