How much candy do I have?

As title says, where do I see how much I have? I need to know when to mass evolve my pidgeys. also I dont see my lucky eggs or how many I have. didnt use any and I am level 17.

Number of Lucky Eggs are displayed under "Inventory" on the right hand side.
Number of candy isn't displayed (yet??).

also "use lucky egg whenever available" is turned off and i didnt recycle them..

It most certainly does. The bot must have not seen one in your inventory yet to add it in the list.
