I was wondering how many bots I can run with the following specs and still mantain decent usability of other applications:

Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8Ghz 6* 512MB L2 6MB 125W
8GB DDR3 1333
EVGA GeForce GT220 1GB

I mostly use GB, but lets say that a mix of both, asuming that i have to level farmers

GB uses substantially less cpu / ram (imo)

I can easy run 10 GB's on a duo core 3.0 ghz amd w/ 4gb ddr2 and a 512 mb vid card (ati 4830 hd) (550w psu)

The rig cost me ~200 used - 1.5 years ago, which i think was decent

so yours ... with just GB, easily 15-20 (now that cata is here, it's a cpu/ram hog even more)

Oh, thats nice, my old computer runs 5 bots in a Core 2 duo @ 2.3ghz AND 3Gb ram, but it gets pretty slow.

So ill keep the old one running and add the rest on this one.
