So I fucked up and bought a new DB key a week or two before the banwave.

I'm considering getting a new account to make up for the cost but then I'm looking at $90 just to break even :/

I'm just curious how many of you went out and immediately snatched up a new key

As you've seen from my posts and what not, I haven't been banned.

That being said, when I get banned on these accounts I'm giving up the game. No more profit = no more fun.

Same here. I'm burning off these accounts, expecting a ban within the next couple weeks. Not remaking. Just don't have the time to level up alts and gear em up to make pennies and the occasional crit mempo.
 
Same here... i did not get banned but when I do, no way I spend any more money buying more keys.

I am not selling gold neither real money items. Cant sell anything!!!
 
same boat as joshyojoshyo and olivete. but when i do get banned, i'll be outta here.

i've been lucking out with some sales tho. made 100usd in items this week, not bad at all.

i remember last year making 700-900 a week.. from 3 bots. now making $100 is a milestone. oh diablo why did you have to suck :'(

Yep, most definitely remember those days (this ID is not my original one... not been on the site for a few months, and I forgot the login details, lol). I was only making a few hundred, mostly selling gems and amulets. Remember when jewelry with +GF and a socket was a guaranteed $$ sale? Jewelry that would be vendored these days!

Pretty much I'd get up in the morning, go on the GAH, search and buy jewelry, then sell it on the RMAH. Rare level items! nothing that big a deal, lol
 
29.99 ? on amazon.it. 2 Italian vendors sell it for 24.9 ?! Can't ship to my country though :( Some lucky Italians out there...
 
I'll be purchasing -1, I email blizz about a refund daily.
 
I'am done for now I lost 7 accounts. Won't be purchasing new copies.

if i could get my hands on 20? copies id start again. otherwise ill look into other games and hope that the next content patch will be enough to get profit up a bit..
