How many hours is it safe to grind per day?

I would like it finished as soon as possible, however I still want to be on the safe side.
How many hours per day is recommended to get a good result, yet still safe?

0 and 24 boting is never safe, but i would say questing is saferno real human would ever grind that much required.

It is never safe to bot grind. It is one of the easiest ways to get banned. Some get lucky and get away with if got a little but it's really risky. I used to bg to level but that's really unsafe now because of how bad the BG bot is at the moment. The best way I'd say is to do the Quest bot and follow one of the profiles made for your level.
