Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone can help me out with a quick answer if you have it, how many game clients can you run at once on one IP before blizzard detects that you are a botting host and bans all accounts logged on that ip?

And also, i have seen that Arelog and HBrelog does not allow the launcher to run different .exe names for each account allowing you to use ***** software to run them with different ip's without using virtual machines, saving a ton of overhead. Is there any reloger that can do that cause i havent found :(. I prefer to use 2 Accs per ip, so when i get checked i only get hit on 2 of them....

Thank you.

PS: Looooong time not botting in WoW, coming back is pretty hard ^^.

There's people who use 10+ accounts on the same IP with no issue what so ever, I'm sure you'll be fine with just 2.

I have more accounts then just 2 :), but dont you find it odd botting like that? I mean if they do a check up on your ip they see 10/20/etc connections at the same they they instantly know they are all bots and you lose all of them at the same time..... instead of losing 2 or 3 (or how many you connection trought a *****)....

Nope. They don't use IP address to correlate. Many student housings, universities and even just normal homes have the same external IP address for loads and loads of people. IP address isn't an identifier of a person and as such can and will never be used to identify anyone.

Personally: My external IP address is used for 3 houses and at peak time 10 people (PEOPLE, not accounts or bots just live people) are using that connection.

Mate, no offense but i think you are wrong..... its impossible that more then 1 computer to have the same IP adress at the same time, it even gives you an error if you try to set same ip adress on 2 different computers. And also on a different game, its a known fact by all botters on that game that the respective game company is banning by ip check of clients and has an ip blacklist of ***'s, vps, etc. For example if you get banned on your home ip in that game, if you set any bot from that home ip again, in 1 week interval its banned :), so i doubt that blizzard is not using this technique themselves as they are a much bigger company....

Mate, no offense but if you don't know what you're talking about please just listen to those who do.

A PC is usually not directly connected to the internet. Usually there's a router between your PC and your ISP. This router has an IP address to the outside world, your PC only has an IP address to connect to the router. The IP address of your PC is hidden from anyone except the router. The IP address from your router is the only one that's visible to the outside world.

Hence: All PCs in my home and both my neighbors homes are on the same IP address according to Blizzard.
