Hi all, wondering how many clients you guys are managing to run before your setups start to struggle too much. I'm thinking of setting up a few sessions on this computer, dated but still going to see how many I can get away with. Only 4 gig of DDR2, quad q9400's, nvid 9600gt etc.... How many you think I could run on this?

James

4 gigs will really limit you. with skype and google chrome running on my 16gb Ram Quad core i5 3570k over clocked to i believe 4Ghz with a 2 GB video card im running five now at 50% ram and 40-50% cpu

Whats the 50& 37? fps? Do you believe that memory would be the limiting factor in my setup? I'd be willing to upgrade it in order to get 3 clients running.

James

i got 16GB ram and i5 2500k at 4.8ghz
i run 4 bots, cpu peaks to 40% something and ram at about 60%

it's not a "bot pc" tho, i use it while botting. got two dozen tabs in chrome right now...

lol that was suposed to be a percent sign dont know what happened. But for only three you will probably be ok but wont be able to do much else. i have my FPS set to like 40 so you could set it less and be better off

I run 9 with 16B DDR3 ram, 64bit windows 7 ultimate, i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 Hz and eForce GTX 650 2GB

4 bots will have that machine taxed. I run 3 on a very similar machine.

10 clients
11 if my mule is online and trading

play heroes of newerth in the background.

I run 6 on my i5 16gb of ram and a radeon 4850 512mb video card. These 6 run with no lag, but when I add a 7th bot everything slows to a crawl.

You guys are going hard. For you guys with 6+ accounts have you purchased the 3 sessions package more than once? Or are you getting a decent deal?

James

I run:

6 on a i5 760 / 16GB RAM / SSD...very minor fps lag spikes, but overall they run as they should
5 on a i5 3570k / 16GB RAM / SSD...perfect, but it's my main desktop so i'm doing other things so i haven't added more bots on it

I want to buy an i7 3770 to. How much % do 9 bots take from that cpu?

I run all of them in 15FPS and uber low graphics !!! its from 70-90% CUP usage and 80-90% of ram

Could prob add 1 more with no problem. But I think that is MAX for i7 3770

You have no problems running 9 bots with GTX 650 2GB? was thinking to get a 7850 for 9-10 bots, but GTX 650 is 100$ cheaper.

16 GB GSkill Ram, 2700k OC Processor, GTS 480 GPU, 2 7200 RPM Hard Drives -- Runs 15 bots without an issue on this machine alone. I could run more on this machine, but I use it for other means as well throughout the day. I run more bots on a couple of different machines.

FYI: For package deals -- Bossland GmbH only makes a special "deal" once you go 20 or more bots. If you purchase 20+ bots, you get a lifetime key at 21 Euro a pop.
