How many bans are from GB2 or "Grinding" profiles?

I've been using both and got 2 72 hour suspensions on both accounts... not sure which one is the main reason for detection.

I was farming skyshards and also using GB2 to farm ore and herbs.

Also, how long do you guys suggest waiting before botting again?
