How many auctions per day/week do you post? I have gotten a 3 day ban for "Abuse of the Economy" and was wondering what an acceptable number of auctions to post per day/week would be.

Theres none that is unacceptable really.

I post hundreds a day across 3 chars on the same AH.

Problem you've had is someone has reported you, because their an arsehole. Or another botter who doesnt like having competition

I also post anywhere from 30-150 a day across a few different chars on same account on same AH.

I don't think it really matters how much you post a day.
Ever since I've started using GB, I'll bot the night away, and then post everything on the AH on one toon the next morning.

Been doing that for a long time now and so far nothing has happened to my account at all!

This is exactly what i do..

On my toon with mining/herb i averaged 300+ auctions a day
On my toon with Herb/Scribe i average 150-200 auctions a day

Both of you are way too risky =P I used to just post ~1/4-1/2 (depending on stock) on the AH, and sell the rest to private buyers at reduced prices.

Even without botting I know many inscription posters who post 500+ auctions every day and more if they cancel and relist. There are quite a few gold making blogs explaining exactly how to do this.

I often play the AH Market too, with buy low and sell high, I have had over 500 auctions going at one point sometimes. Ive never had a sniff from a GM, (unless I called him that is).

I post about 300+ on one char and anything between 500 - 900 on another, been doing it for years like that. Think its just your luck.
