how long to wait on keys

Hey,
So i've used a trial key for a day and i'm hooked, but i dont have enough to get a lifetime key yet. So i've bought a 1day key, yet i've been waiting on it for a good 12 hours by now and still nothing. Payment has been deducted from my account and yet ...
Anything i can do to speed it up? The site states 10m, but that's a bit late by now ...
also buddyauth doesn't have any keys other than the trial key

using the same email u used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key

I've registered on buddyauth, but there's no mention of any other key other than the trial one. I've mailed support which created a ticket, to which i haven't had a response yet. Although I was really happy with the initial trial of a day, this is still kind of a bummer
